- Pick-up services are limited to hotels within Kota Kinabalu city and Kota Kinabalu International Airport.
- Entrance tickets and activity fees are not included in this service.

Surcharge Information
- All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver.
- Additional charges apply for destinations outside the Kota Kinabalu region, subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Night Service Charge: A 50% surcharge applies for transfers booked between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM daily.
- Peak Season Surcharge: A 50% surcharge applies during festive seasons.
